How can I change or cancel my order?What is your shipping policy?
New orders usually shipped within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at the time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations.. We currently use USPS for shipping. We do not ship internationally.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We create all items on demand. For this reason, cancelling may not always be an option. We will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is in active processing or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its orders as long as the item(s) is in it's original , unopened package. If the original packaging has been opened, the return will not be accepted. Please email info@iambcc.com for assistance.

Do you offer exchanges?
we do not accept exchanges.

Do you offer rush delivery options?
We do not currently offer the option to rush an order. We process orders in the order they are received.

What size should I order?
Most of our apparel is Unisex sizing. Please see the size chart for more details.
